The talk is on "a year of scrum" which is practical experience of how to make scrum work for software project management. This will be of interest to anybody who has an interest in software development and struggles with deadlines / scope creep / motivation / specking projects / managing developers, keeping the customer engaged / getting project deliverables signed off.
This will be of interest to people who interested in agile software development or who are just curious of how other people make software projects successful.
